FAQs
How does it work?
It’s simple! Just click here to view our scheduling page. You’ll be prompted to create an Acuity Scheduling account after booking your first pick-up if you don’t have one already. You can subscribe by choosing the Level/frequency of your renewals via the “Gift Certificate/Subscription” section or you can book a one-off pick-up by clicking “Book”. If you choose to subscribe, after you check out our system will provide you with a code to use when booking your recurring pick-up. After you’ve booked your laundry day pick-up, leave your laundry on your doorstep by 9am!
Can I cancel or adjust my Membership?
Of course! You can manage your scheduled pick-ups and subscription via our Acuity scheduling page. Rescheduling/cancellation must be submitted online at least 12 hours prior to pick-up.
What type of detergent do you use?
In addition to a sanitizing ozone water injection system with every wash, we offer natural, plant based, and hypoallergenic seasonally scented or unscented detergents, all-natural fabric softeners, and premium quality additives - ensuring the safety and health of all of our customers and their items. Choose your products via our Add-ons section when you’re scheduling your pick-up!
What if I forget (or am concerned) about leaving out my laundry?
We’re here to help you out, not stress you out! If you have opted-in to receive text messages from us at checkout, you’ll receive an automated reminder the day before your scheduled pick up as well as a text when we pick up and drop off your bag(s). Delivery notification texts include a photo of successful delivery! Don’t forget to add your scheduled pick-up to your personal calendar via the generated link when you book! If you’re concerned for any reason, please feel free to contact us via email to discuss special pick-up and delivery arrangements.
Can I send separated Whites/Delicates?
You can choose to send separated whites or delicates when you book your pick-up via our offered add-ons. We will add bleach and use color guard sheets for your separated whites. Separated delicates will be washed on delicate cycle with low heat dry.
Do you remove stains?
The detergents and additives we use should help remove light, pre-treated stains. We do not offer stain removal services and highly recommend pretreatment with your chosen products.
Do you wash Comforters/Duvets?
We do! Just add the “Comforter/Duvet” service Add-on to your pick-up when booking! Be sure to send your Comforter/Duvet in a separate bag.
Can I send “Dry Clean Only” items?
Sadly, we do not accept dry-clean only items yet. We currently ask that everything you send us in your Laundry Club bag is 100% machine washable.
What day of the week is my Pick-up?
To reduce our emissions, we’ve separated KC into 2 areas. East of Main St. is Monday pick-up with Wednesday delivery and West of Main St. is Tuesday pick-up with Thursday delivery. Don’t worry about choosing if you aren’t sure, we’ll adjust your pick-up to the appropriate day if necessary.
